Biography

Sandra Prinsloo is a South African actress born on September 15, 1947, who rose to international fame with her role as Kate Thompson in the 1980 film The Gods Must Be Crazy. A classically trained dancer and drama student, she began her career as a member of the Performing Arts Council Transvaal acting company. Her notable stage and screen credits include "A Kind of Madness" (2025), "The Story of Racheltjie De Beer" (2019).
