Paul Elia

Biography

Paul Elia is a Detroit-born comedian and actor of Iraqi Assyrian descent. Born in California to immigrant parents, he moved to Metro Detroit at age six and grew up in the suburbs before pursuing a degree in English at Wayne State University. After initially considering law school, he began his career in comedy, eventually making a name for himself with roles in "Who Killed Cooper Dunn?" (2022) and "Stillwater" (2018).
