Biography

Vladimir Alexandrovich Simonov was a Soviet and Russian actor of stage and screen born on June 7, 1957, in Oktyabrsk. He graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in 1980 and went on to earn recognition for his work with notable awards including People's Artist of the Russian Federation in 2001 and the Mayor of Moscow prize for literature and performing arts in 2012.
