Michael Palm is an Austrian filmmaker, film editor, sound designer, film theorist, and professor, born in 1965 in Linz, Austria. Since the late 1980s, he has worked primarily in editing and sound design for numerous films, including documentaries, short films, and feature films. Palm has also directed his own essayistic documentaries, such as "Edgar G. Ulmer – Der Mann im Off" and "Cinema Futures".
