Biography

Sarah Sanguin Carter is a Canadian actress, writer, and director born on October 30, 1980. She trained classically in theater, dance, and fine arts at Ryerson University Toronto before transitioning to acting, which led to recurring roles in Smallville, Shark, and Falling Skies. A practicing Buddhist and yogini, Carter brings her spiritual perspective to all aspects of her work.
