Fiona Samuel
Biography
Fiona Samuel began her acting career and then transitioned to writing scripts, directing, and co-hosting arts show The Big Art Trip. In 2011, she made history by becoming the only woman in over two decades to win awards for directing a New Zealand television drama with the TV movie Bliss. Born in Scotland to Kiwi parents, Samuel trained at Toi Whakaari Drama School before touring New Zealand and establishing herself as a talented performer.
