Ana de la Reguera is a Mexican actress born on April 8, 1977, in Veracruz, Mexico. She began her performance arts studies at the Cultural Institute of Veracruz and later trained with esteemed coaches Juan Carlos Corzza in Spain and Aaron Spicer and Lisa Robertson in Los Angeles. Her breakout roles include those in telenovelas such as Azul and Pueblo chico, infierno grande, earning awards for Best Actress and Most Promising Actress.
