Uno Loit was a renowned Estonian actor born on April 30, 1925, in Tapa. He graduated from industrial school in Tallinn and later studied at the Drama Studio, before making his mark with notable roles in films such as "Mis juhtus Andres Lapeteusega" (1966) and "Ракеты не должны взлететь" (1964). As a versatile artist, Loit also worked extensively on stage, directing at the Pärnu Drama Theater from 1958 to 1969.
