Josef Šebánek was a Czech film actor who gained recognition for his role as Grandfather Homolka in Jaroslav Papoušek's family trilogy. He initially worked various manual labor jobs before being discovered by cameraman Miroslav Ondříček, leading to his entry into the film industry. His most notable works include Papoušek's trilogies "Ecce homo Homolka" and "Homolka a tobolka".
