Charly Lamm

Biography

Charly Lamm was a German entrepreneur and motorsport manager, best known for his tenure as team chief, managing director, and co-owner of Schnitzer Motorsport from 1976 to 2018. Under his leadership, the team achieved numerous successes, including BMW's sole overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1999 and multiple wins at the 24 Hours of Spa and Nürburgring. Lamm also won titles in the DTM, Tourenwagen-Europameisterschaft, and FIA GT World Cup in 2018.
