Ben Crowley was born on March 10, 1980, in Mancos, Colorado. As a young actor, he landed the lead role of "Lucky" in the high school musical Dames at Sea and later broke into television with roles in Undressed and Maybe It's Me. His breakthrough came in 2002 when he played Zane Walker in the series Glory Days, showcasing his charm as a charismatic teenager.
