Charles Cullen

Biography

Charles Edmund Cullen is an American serial killer born February 22, 1960. He murdered dozens, possibly hundreds, of patients during a 16-year career at New Jersey and Pennsylvania medical centers, confessing to at least 40 confirmed murders. Further investigation suggests he may have killed as many as 400 people, although this number cannot be confirmed due to lack of records.
