Tré Armstrong is a Canadian dancer, choreographer, and actress born on August 17, 1978, in Toronto. She began her dance training at age five and has since appeared in notable projects such as the MTV Video Music Awards and So You Think You Can Dance Canada. Armstrong has also choreographed for films like A Raisin in the Sun and worked alongside celebrities like Sean Combs and Jay-Z.
