Mason Adams

Biography

Mason Adams was born in Brooklyn, New York, on February 26, 1919, to Russian immigrant parents. He studied theater at the University of Wisconsin and later honed his craft at New York City's Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. Adams went on to have a distinguished career in film and television, earning notable roles in "Lou Grant," "F/X," and "The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat."
