Philipp "Phil" Nice is a British actor born on April 6, 1954, in Vange, Essex. He has appeared in notable TV series such as Inspector Morse, Mr. Bean, and EastEnders, as well as films like Danny the Champion of the World and Magicians. Nice gained popularity with his parody documentaries Arthur and Phil Go Off with Arthur Smith, and more recently played an astronaut in the Doctor Who episode "Kill the Moon".
