She rose to fame in the 1980s with notable roles as Elizabeth Maxwell on the science fiction series V and Megan Garris in the horror film Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. After these appearances, Cooke retired from acting and has since been married to Celestial Seasonings co-founder Mo Siegel.
