Biography

Adam Marcus is an American film director, writer, and actor born in Westport, Connecticut. He graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and received a Best Picture Award for his short film So You Like This Girl at the 1990 Student Academy Awards. Marcus wrote and directed Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1995), the ninth installment in the Friday the 13th franchise, before co-producing My Boyfriend's Back (1993) with Sean S. Cunningham.
