Barbara Tyson is a Canadian actress known for her early roles in television series such as Neon Rider and Another World. Her breakout role as Dawn "Ivy" Rollo in the daytime soap opera made her one of the first HIV-positive characters on U.S. television, earning her recognition in 1991. Born Barbara Bush, she later adopted her birth name after her starring role in Neon Rider, which lasted for four seasons from 1992 to 1996.
