Brian Henson is a puppeteer, filmmaker, and chairman of The Jim Henson Company, born on November 3, 1963, in New York City to puppeteers Jim and Jane Henson. As a teenager, he built the first Muppet penguin puppet for The Muppet Show and assisted in the production of The Great Muppet Caper. He has worked extensively behind and in front of the camera, directing films like The Muppet Christmas Carol and Muppets from Space, as well as television shows Dinosaurs and Farscape.
