Richard Beymer

Biography

George Richard Beymer Jr., born February 20, 1938, is an American actor and filmmaker. He rose to prominence for his roles in "The Diary of Anne Frank" (1959) as Peter van Daan, and the 1961 film adaptation of "West Side Story," where he played Tony. Later, Beymer became known for his portrayal of Ben Horne on the television series "Twin Peaks" from 1990 to 1991 and 2017.
