Robin Gibb was a British singer and songwriter known for his iconic role as part of the Bee Gees pop group alongside elder brother Barry and fraternal twin brother Maurice. With record sales estimated over 100 million, the trio became one of the most successful pop groups of all time. Gibb also enjoyed a successful solo career, showcasing his distinctive soulful voice. He was appointed a CBE in recognition of his contributions to music.
