Biography

Maurice Gibb was a British musician and songwriter, born on December 22, 1949, in the Isle of Man, to twin brother Robin and younger brother Barry. As part of the iconic trio Bee Gees, he achieved global fame alongside his brothers and contributed lead vocals to numerous hit songs, including "Lay It on Me" and "Country Woman". He was appointed a CBE for his contribution to music in 2002.
