Ke Huy Quan

Biography

Ke Huy Quan was born on August 20, 1971, and immigrated to the United States as a child, part of the Refugee Admissions Program. As a child actor, he rose to fame in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) and The Goonies (1985), taking a 19-year hiatus before returning to acting with Finding ʻOhana (2021). His critically acclaimed performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022) earned him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, making him the first Vietnam-born actor to win an Academy Award.
