Biography

Dave Mustaine is a renowned American musician and founder of the thrash metal band Megadeth. Before co-founding Megadeth in 1983, he was the lead guitarist of Metallica, where he wrote songs for two albums before departing. As the frontman of Megadeth, Mustaine has released seventeen studio albums, sold over 50 million records worldwide, and won a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2017.
