Biography

Jane Akre is a former Florida journalist and editor-in-chief of InjuryBoard.com. She rose to prominence in 1997 for her investigation into Monsanto's recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) with her then-husband Steve Wilson. Their case against Fox Broadcasting Company station WTVT led to a documentary film, The Corporation, in 2003. Akre has since held senior editorial positions at InjuryBoard.com.
