Jon Robin Baitz is a two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist and Guggenheim Fellow, born to an executive of the Carnation Company in Los Angeles. Raised in Brazil and South Africa before returning to California, his multicultural upbringing influenced his writing style, fostering a detached yet observant perspective.
