Ginette Reno

Biography

Ginette Reno, a French-Canadian artist, was born Ginette Raynault on April 28, 1946, in Montreal, Quebec. She began her music career at 14, winning talent contests and eventually landing professional contracts with multiple clubs. Her biggest hit, "Beautiful Second Hand Man," reached No. 8 on the RPM singles chart in 1971. Throughout her four-decade career, Reno has released approximately 60 albums and won numerous awards, including a Juno Award.
