Biography

Philip Chan Yan-Kin is a Hong Kong actor and former police officer born on January 25, 1945. He began his career as the lead vocalist for "The Astro-Notes" and later rose through the ranks of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, becoming Superintendent from 1965 to 1976. His most notable moment came during a press conference after the 1974 Po Sang Bank robbery, one of the city's biggest bank robbery cases at the time.
