Chen Hui-Lou is a Taiwanese actor and former ballet dancer who began training in Peking Opera at age 10. He gained popularity in the 1950s and 1960s for his performances in films such as "Love God" (1969) and television series like "A Joyful Life" (1970). Chen's career spanned multiple decades, with notable roles including Taoist Priest in "Legend of the Mountain" (1979) and Uncle Xiao Yunan in "The Wheel of Life: Part 2" (1983), before his career slowed due to an injury.
