Biography

Kalina Jędrusik was a Polish singer and actress born in 1931 in Częstochowa, known for her iconic status as a sex symbol of PRL Poland during the 1940s-1980s. She performed in over thirty films from 1953 to 1991, including notable roles in "The Double Life of Véronique" and "Lalka". Jędrusik was married to writer Stanisław Dygat and had a successful theatrical career, performing at various Warsaw theaters before her passing in 1991.
