Biography

Richard Krüger was a diminutive German actor who appeared in various fairy tale films, including "Zwerg Nase" (1953) and "Schneeweißchen und Rosenrot" (1955). In 1957, he played the role of the wicked dwarf in the DEFA production "Das singende, klingende Bäumchen", opposite Eckart Dux. This marked a collaboration with director Francesco Stefani, whom Krüger had previously worked with in 1952.
