Ian Mune

Biography

Sir Ian Barry Mune is a New Zealand character actor, director, and screenwriter born in Auckland in 1941. With a career spanning four decades and over 50 roles, he has appeared in notable films like "Housebound" (2014) and "Once Were Warriors" (1994), for which he directed the sequel "What Becomes of the Broken Hearted?". Mune is also known for his stage work and television appearances, including a Feltex award win.
