Philip Nicholas Seuling was a comic book enthusiast and convention organizer who revolutionized the industry with his direct market distribution system. He founded East Coast Seagate Distribution, which brought comics directly to specialty shops, bypassing traditional newspaper/magazine distributors. Seuling's most notable work was as the voice of Pig Cop in the 1972 animated film "Fritz the Cat".
