Hilde Lyrån is a Norwegian actress, dancer, and comedian born on January 2, 1963, in Oslo's Grorud Valley. She is best known for her roles as Trine in the Norwegian sitcom Mot i brøstet and Karin in the comedy-drama Seks som oss. A seasoned performer in Norwegian television, Lyrån has also lent her voice to the dubbing of Disney's Tangled as Mother Gothel.
