Biography

Rocco Urbisci is a veteran writer and director, known for his work with comedians Richard Pryor and George Carlin. He penned the films "Richard Pryor's Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life Is Calling" and "The Jerk, Too," as well as producing several of Carlin's comedy specials. Urbisci won an Emmy for producing Lily Tomlin's 1981 special "Lily: Sold Out."
