Sam Raimi
Biography
Sam Raimi is an American filmmaker born on October 23, 1959, in Royal Oak, Michigan. He is best known for writing and directing the Evil Dead trilogy (1981–1992) and directing the Spider-Man trilogy (2002–2007). A prolific director, he has also helmed films like Darkman, The Quick and the Dead, Drag Me to Hell, Oz the Great and Powerful, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
