Belladonna is an American porn actress, writer, and director of Russian ancestry. Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, she began her career at 18 in 1999, quickly making a name for herself in hardcore scenes before transitioning to directing and starring in BDSM-related series for Evil Angel. She retired from porn in 2012, but continued acting in mainstream films like Paul Thomas Anderson's Inherent Vice and The Ladies of the House.
