Wotan Wilke Möhring

Biography

Wotan Wilke Möhring was born in Augustdorf near Detmold and grew up in Herne, the son of an army officer father and a teacher mother. He pursued vocational training as an electrician before working in various fields, including club ownership and modeling. Möhring studied communication at the Berlin University of the Arts, joining actors workshops in Cologne and Los Angeles, and later served two years as an army officer.
