Thea Gill is a Canadian actress born on April 5, 1970, best known for her starring role as Lindsay Peterson in the hit Showtime series Queer as Folk. After graduating from York University with a BFA Honours in Theatre Performance, she spent years working in theatre and small roles before landing her breakthrough part in 2000. Her five-season run on Queer as Folk led to various subsequent roles in television, film, and theatre, including notable appearances in "20th Century Women" and "Dante's Cove".
