Gregory Anthony Isaacs was a Jamaican reggae musician known for his exquisite vocals and charismatic stage presence. He began his career as Winston Sinclair in the late 1960s, later forming African Museum with Errol Dunkley, which led to numerous hits including "My Only Lover" and "Love Is Overdue". His music spanned multiple genres, from lovers' rock to roots reggae, earning him a reputation as one of Jamaica's top artists.
