Biography

Tommy Wiseau is a visionary filmmaker and actor born Thomas Pierre Wiseau on October 3, 1955. He gained cult status with his 2003 film The Room, which received the Audience Award at the New York International Film Festival. Wiseau has also produced the documentary "Homeless in America" (2004) and created the sitcom "The Neighbors" (2015). His life and work have been chronicled in the book and film adaptation of The Disaster Artist.
