Biography

Bonnie Raitt is a critically acclaimed American blues singer-songwriter and musician born on November 8, 1949. Her breakthrough album Nick of Time (1989) marked a major commercial success, followed by two multimillion-selling albums, Luck of the Draw (1991) and Longing in Their Hearts (1994), which spawned several hit singles. Raitt has received numerous accolades, including 10 Grammy Awards and inductions into the Blues Hall of Fame and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
