Biography

Lene Nystrøm is a Norwegian singer-songwriter and actress born on October 2, 1973, in Tønsberg, Norway. She rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the Danish-Norwegian Eurodance group Aqua, which she joined in 1994 after being spotted by musician René Dif while working on a cruise ship. After Aqua disbanded in 2001, Nystrøm pursued a solo career, releasing her debut album "Play with Me" in 2003, marking a shift towards an R&B-influenced style.
