Daniel Jeffery Henderson is a former American mixed martial artist and Olympic wrestler, born on August 24, 1970. He holds the distinction of being the only double champion in Pride FC's history, winning titles in both Welterweight and Middleweight divisions. Henderson was also the last Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion and had notable wins against four PRIDE champions, earning him a legacy as one of MMA's most accomplished fighters.
