Terence Nance

Biography

Terence Nance is an American filmmaker, writer, director, actor and musician born on February 10, 1982, in Dallas, Texas. He earned his MFA from New York University and made his directing debut with the experimental film "An Oversimplification of Her Beauty" (2012), which premiered at Sundance and was later screened at the Afrofuturist Film Festival. Nance's 2018 TV series "Random Acts of Flyness" debuted on HBO, followed by a starring role in Darren in "Women Who Kill" (2016).
