Ketty Lester, born Revoyda Frierson on August 16, 1934, is an American singer and actress known for her hit single "Love Letters," which reached the top 5 of the US and UK charts in 1961. She later starred as Hester-Sue Terhune on Little House on the Prairie, and was featured in films like Blacula and Uptown Saturday Night. Lester's accomplishments include a 2022 induction into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame.
