Norio Wakamoto is a Japanese voice actor born on October 18, 1945, in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture. He graduated from Waseda University and later pursued a career in law before transitioning to voice acting. Wakamoto joined the Consumers Union of Japan but left after getting into trouble, eventually embarking on a career as a voice actor affiliated with Sigma Seven talent agency.
