Vladislav Dvorzhetsky
Biography
Vladislav Dvorzhetsky was a Soviet film actor born in Omsk on April 26, 1939. He began his career with roles in The Flight (1970) and Solaris (1972), earning recognition at the Cannes Film Festival. Dvorzhetsky's breakthrough came in 1974 with his portrayal of communist Yaroslav in To the Last Minute, which earned him the State prize of the Ukrainian SSR. His life was cut short by acute heart failure on May 28, 1978.
