Sam Hoger

Biography

Sam Hoger was born on June 28, 1980, to a Panamanian mother and an American father in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He trained in martial arts from a young age, initially in karate and later transitioning to Brazilian jiu-jitsu in Alaska. A former contestant on the first season of The Ultimate Fighter, Hoger has also ventured into acting, appearing in films such as "Axegrinder 4: Souls of Blood" and "The Shadow Behind You".
