Mahie Gill is a Punjabi actress born on December 19, 1975, in Chandigarh. She completed her Master's in theater from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1998, before making her Hindi film debut with Dev.D (2009). Her breakthrough role as Paro in the same film earned her the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress in 2010, and she later appeared in notable films like Paan Singh Tomar (2012) and Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster.
